1- Supply

The Ministry of Health divides the supply areas for 22 medical supplies distributed across the Kingdom. Each medical supply has a share of the items that are awarded to companies and factories. Additionally, the supply shall be divided into four payments throughout the year for each batch, a period of three months for each. The manufacturer shall schedule production to complete the supply according to the time plan of the contract in order to avoid delay penalties, then, the regions and medical supply centers shall be contacted through the institution’s representatives to arrange the supply.

2 - Handling

Our company carries out the handling task according to the administrative system followed by us as it has an administrative system that considers all the requirements of correct handling according to forms and documents that documenting this process so that the goods shall be received therefrom, then it shall be transported and supplied.

3 - Transportation

Transportation shall be carried out from the warehouses of the manufacturer if the company is national, or the goods shall be received in the institution warehouses, then they shall be transported by refrigerated trucks that maintain the integrity of the product by keeping it at a temperature that matches the storage conditions shown on the cartons of the products. The products shall be received by the director of the medical supply warehouses for each region in the presence of the representative of the institution, as possible, in addition to receive the temporary receipt bonds until the procedures for the financial aspects in supplying the area are completed, then the transaction shall be raised for the finance in the ministry.

4 - Storage

For the local manufacturer the goods shall be transported directly from the manufacturer to the medical supply centers at the level of the Kingdom. Conversely, in the case of the external manufacturer, the goods shall be stored in the institution’s warehouses, then, they shall be arranged to the appropriate transportation to the Ministry of Health’s supply centers in the Kingdom, and for international manufacturers we have all the logistic role in Saudi marker according Saudi FDA requirements.

5 - Reports and Complaints
